CLEANING Instructions 11AM - 4PM
Get all access codes/keyboxes’ private access information from your manager.
Please always place keys from keyboxes IMMEDIATELY back into keyboxes - NEVER hold onto any keys!
All supplies are inside the locked smaller inner closet.
Take pictures of any damages (e.g. carpet stains) and send them to cleaningpics@ryanmeinzer.com
Start dishwasher with detergent tablet underneath sink if dirty dishes are inside; empty dishwasher if inside dishes are clean
Cleaned (white) bed sheets (with no hair anywhere!) and tucked with cleaned (blue) comforter on main bed as pictured (don't leave pillows on bed)
Main bed pillow cases (blue) on pillows and placed inside their holder on the wall beside the main bed as pictured
Bed buckled down with bottom-side (gray) strap and lifted/hid upwards inside the wall as pictured
Couch bed inspected, with sheets and blanket changed as necessary (with no hair anywhere!), as pictured (don't leave couch bed pillows on couch bed - place in closet)
Closet bed inspected, with sheets and blanket changed as necessary (with no hair anywhere!) with a single pillow as pictured
Extra blankets folded (not washed unless necessary) and placed inside of the closet
Two pillows with clean white pillow cases placed inside of the closet (for couch bed)
Two gray bath robes in bathroom inspected and changed as necessary.
Yellow blanket placed on couch as pictured
Kitchen microwave’s inside cleaned
Kitchen sink’s inside cleaned
Kitchen and bathroom soap refilled
Everything thrown away from refrigerator and freezer
Kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony trash emptied into dumpster in nearest outside parking lot
Kitchen paper towels replenished if necessary
Bathroom’s cleaned shower and four clean towels (with no hair anywhere!) placed
Bathroom floor mats shaken outside of balcony door, then placed back
Bathroom shower, sink, mirror, toilet and floor cleaned
Bathroom toilet paper replenished if necessary, with two extra rolls placed under the bathroom sink
Bathroom and closet doors closed
Refrigerator surface cleaned
Tables/tops cleaned
Floors cleaned and vacuumed
Carpet stains attempted to be removed (after taking pictures!) with the carpet spot cleaning machine (operating directions)
Floors mopped if necessary
Window and balcony door closed and locked
All windows’ blinds up and curtains opened/tied with (gray) curtain ropes as pictured
Balcony door curtains opened as pictured
Two electric heaters turned off, gas heater fireplace set to 50F
Gas heater fireplace remote and TV remote on table
TV ‘picture frame’ set (click red power button once quickly) as pictured
Dust removed from vinyl record on turntable (no cleaning solutions/liquids, just dusted)
Yellow parking pass placed on table (email ryanmeinzer@ryanmeinzer.com if it's missing)
White candle and tall light pink candle placed on gas fireplace mantle, medium-tall dark pink candle and short light pink candle placed on table; all candles turned off
Table lifted with mini notebook on table (and guest information documents visible inside) as pictured
Empty dishwasher once it's done if it was started
